Q: Why are the payment increment buttons on the keypad labeled with a left arrow, three up arrows, and a right arrow rather than five up arrows?

A: This has been changed. The increment buttons are now labeled with the amount of payment each adds to the parking space.

Q: What is the yellow (diamond) button for?

A: This selects between English, Spanish, and French for the display

Q: Why is there a big button labeled "CANCEL" in the the middle of the meter, if the red button (X) means cancel?

A: This is how the manufacturer designed the machine. Both cancel buttons perform the same function.
