illinois general assembly statutes Logan Brinson of "Logan's Little Library" introduced on Floor of Illinois House- March 21, 2019

The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to congratulate young Mr. Logan Brinson, whose love of reading and sharing books with others has allowed him to open two locations of “Logan’s Little Library” in Alpha, Illinois. Logan, a five-year-old student from Alpha, Illinois, took action when he found that his community of Alpha did not have a public library after he and he his family moved to town in 2017. Logan took action by starting his own “little library” in the front yard of his family’s home as a way to share his love of reading with the community at large.
